Tech support does not answer their phone and this camera will not move other than when it is first powered on. The manual is bad. Really bad and I've seen a lot of manuals for parts that come from asia. I might have to return if camera continues to refuse control attempts. I have tried resetting address and other dip switch options. Picture is okay, a little grainier than the other static cameras I have purchased for ~100.
