I really liked the simple set up and easy to understand interface with the software. The only real concern so far has been the resolution of the cameras at distances over 10-12 feet. We can see what customers are doing, recognize them fairly well, but it is hard to see detail on smaller items (we sell some costume jewelry and small handbags). We can tell that a customer is reaching for/holding an item, but it is hard to tell exactly what it is from longer distances.
