Before I purchased this product I would have wanted to see on the website that there are degrees of installation ie. REGULAR INSTALLATION INCLUDED IN PURCHASE that leaves wires in view and ADVANCED INSTALLATION AT AN ADDITIONAL COST that conceals wires....Once the technician came to install cameras and made this known to us we refused standard installation and contacted company for premium install...Manager and customer service personnel were prompt and courteous in returning calls. Technicians returned to return and conceal wires for which we paid a premium price quoted to us over the phone.
