The quality is good for the price. It does the job. The only complaint is the wait-time for tech support, but when you get it... it's good. My biggest complaint is that I suddenly, after two weeks, developed a problem where the dvr kept locking up while attempting to view motion alerts. Ultimately, after attempting to address the problem myself and after no success, contacted support. I then discovered a firmware update was issued. I have a brand new/just released model... I am registered with them, have account, etc. How about sending me an email there is a firmware update to avoid this and/or future problems?0 of people found the following review helpful.
