Item arrived with a broken video card. You would think a portable laptop would be sturdier????!!!!I was totally pissed. Spent hours on the phone with Toshiba. They were nice and helpful. I know lots of people with Toshiba laptops and they are all great. Guess I just not the lucky one.The seller was nice enough to return it, not their fault or mine. I'll blame UPS or Toshiba for make a laptop that can hold up to shipping!!What little I got to use it the batter last a long time and have nice glossy finish, brown was super cool looking, but also a finger pring magnet.Bummer.
